Grievance Redressal Procedure:

A Complainant can raise a compliant by any of the mentioned modes.

Registered e-mail address – A customer can raise a complaint by dropping a mail at the registered e-mail address ([email protected]) of the Company.

Registered Toll Free Number – A customer can raise a complaint by addressing the complaint through the toll free number (18001024376) of the Company.

Escalation Matrix:

A 4-tier escalation matrix is set up to ensure that Customers are provided with fair resolution for their grievances.

Submitting your complaint to HIBIL’s complaints team will not affect your right to submit your complaint to Grievance Rederessal Officer of the concerned Insurance Company and Insurance Ombudsman as per provisions of IRDAI (Protection of Policyholder’s Interest) Regulation 2017, should you not be satisfied with HIBIL’s response.
